Randy Martin is the Senior Infrastructure Consultant at OmniaNow. Randy has over 30 years of IT experience across multiple industries including Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Travel & Leisure. He began his career as an IT systems analyst for Brown & Root (subsidiary of Halliburton) in Houston, Texas. After four years, Interfirst Bank (now Bank of America) relocated him to the Dallas area to work on the On-line systems development and support team.

Acquired by Perot Systems in 1991, Randy was quickly recognized for his superior leadership and communication skills and began working with the new business team as the senior technical resource on all new IT mainframe deals. After a successful 18 month proof of concept deployment at Deutsch Telecom; DT signed a long term contract with PSC for both IT and application performance management and improvement. Randy then assisted in signing the Swiss Bank and Bank of Ireland accounts for full IT outsourcing with PSC.

Randy was requested to return to the states and work with the newly formed Travel and Leisure Business unit of PSC where he worked on contracts for Budget/Ryder Truck, Alamo, and National Car Rental accounts. When Alamo and National Car rental companies merged, Randy was instrumental as the regional roll-out manager in migrating the two companies to a single business platform.

At this point Randy moved into a Senior Advisor position where his primary responsibility was working with non-performing accounts to turn them around and regain profitability. Randy was successful in identifying the problems and leading teams to correct situations at Catholic Healthcare West, Stanford, Wolters Kluwer and several other accounts spanning across all industry groups. Randy continued his advancement through various positions moving into senior management with both the IT and business units of Perot Systems. After 17+ years with Perot Systems, Randy accepted his current position with OmniaNow.
