Patrick has 20+ years of process improvement experience in manufacturing, engineering, graphic arts and the telecommunications fields. Patrick is a Lead Quality Auditor for Under Writers Laboratory (UL) conducting 3rd party quality assessments to the ISO 9001:2000 and TL 9000 International Quality Standards. Patrick provides quality and process improvement services as well as process development and documentation utilizing flow-chart modeling.
